Possibly an experimental or test pressing, the gold vinyl is laced with traces of black pigment. Labels suggest a first repressing with the longer edit title track, whilst matrices and 'Blair' run-out indicate the first reissue. Potentially this was crafted at some time in between and then discarded as a commercial release.
